The Foundation is the only public financial institution in Busan that provides credit guarantees for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners who have growth potential but lack the collateral needed to facilitate financing at low interest rates.
Since our foundation in 1997, we have grown by sharing the successes and hardships of SMEs and small business owners in Busan, and have served faithfully as a strong supporter of the local economy, taking the lead during local economic crises such as the global financial crisis and the COVID-19 crisis.
In the future, all of us at the Foundation will do the best we can to develop Busan’s economy for the benefit and stability of all residents, as a true financial partner that nurtures the dreams of the city’s SMEs and small business owners.
