Relief procedures

Relief Procedure
If the Foundation learns that human rights have been violated, we implement relief procedures.

Step 1. Report and Consultation
- Content : Human rights violations
- Method : Email, letter mail, in person, via website, etc.
- Other : Confidentiality of the reporter, prohibition of disadvantages due to reporting

Step 2. Reception and Confirmation
- Verification of human rights violations (※Conducted by human rights management officer)

Step 3. Reporting
- Report to the Foundation chairperson of the board and chairperson of the Human Rights Management Committee

Step 4. Committee convening
- Immediate supplementary investigation or submission to committee with approval from the chairperson
- Human Rights Management Committee convened.

Step 5. Decision
- The committee decides on the case presented.

Step 6. Correction/Disciplinary Action
- Unless there are special circumstances, take action to correct human rights violations in accordance with the recommendations or requests of the committee.
