Relief Procedure

If the Foundation learns that human rights have been violated, we implement relief procedures.

    Step 1. Report and Consultation

    • Content : Human rights violations
    • Method : Email, letter mail, in person, via website, etc.
    • Other : Confidentiality of the reporter, prohibition of disadvantages due to reporting

    Step 2. Reception and Confirmation

    • Verification of human rights violations (※Conducted by human rights management officer)

    Step 3. Reporting

    • Report to the Foundation chairperson of the board and chairperson of the Human Rights Management Committee

    Step 4. Committee convening

    • Immediate supplementary investigation or submission to committee with approval from the chairperson
    • Human Rights Management Committee convened.

    Step 5. Decision

    • The committee decides on the case presented.

  • 시정징계 픽토그램

    Step 6. Correction/Disciplinary Action

    • Unless there are special circumstances, take action to correct human rights violations in accordance with the recommendations or requests of the committee.
